WE HEAR YOU.

The worries you carry are real.
Let's talk about them.

Every parent who walks in asks us some version of the same question: "Will my child be safe and loved when I am not there?" Here is our answer, worry by worry.

Who comforts her when she cries?" OUR ANSWER

A named caregiver who knows your child by name, mood, and nap schedule. Your child's caregivers are [Caregiver name] and [Caregiver name], and we keep it to 1 caregiver for every [X] children, so no cry goes unanswered.

Is my child ready? Will there be crying every morning?" OUR ANSWER

Some tears are normal, and we never rush past them. We use a gentle, phased settling-in designed by a child psychologist, so your child arrives at ease in their own time, not on a deadline.

Is it clean? Is it actually safe?" OUR ANSWER

Come and inspect us. Hygiene and safety protocols run through everything we do, and we would rather show you in person than list certificates on a webpage. Nothing is off-limits on a visit.

Is this genuine? Will our family's values be respected?" OUR ANSWER

Meet Dr. Kavita Chandak yourself, and bring the grandparents along. Ask her anything. A school run by a child psychologist should welcome hard questions, and ours does.

MEET THE FOUNDER.

Built by someone who studies how children grow

Dr. Kavita Chandak, founder of Bonsai Blooms Dr. Kavita Chandak

Child Psychologist · Behaviour Therapist & Counselor · Parenting Coach · Author of Am I Parenting Right · Founder of Psychology Hub

Most childcare centres in Nagpur are built around logistical convenience: a safe, nearby place while you work. Bonsai Blooms is built around something else entirely, the developmental needs of your child. When the founder is a trained child psychologist, every routine, every corner of the classroom, and every response to a tantrum has a reason behind it.

IT'S NOT A SAFE
HOLDING ZONE.
IT'S A LAUNCHING PAD.

The feeling behind the behaviour

A tantrum is rarely about the toy. Our educators are trained to ask why a child is acting a certain way, so friction becomes a teaching moment, not a disciplinary one.

The early signs others miss

Speech delays, motor gaps, and social hesitations are easiest to help when caught early. Here, a trained eye is watching every day, so small concerns never quietly become big ones.

When a child is ready to bloom

Emotional safety comes before instruction. When a child feels deeply safe, their brain shifts out of survival mode and into learning mode. We build that safety first, every day.

In the words of our founder, Dr. Kavita Chandak

THE FOUR PILLARS.

What your child actually learns here

Each pillar comes from child psychology, but what matters to you is simpler: the everyday life skills your child takes home.

01

Learns to handle big feelings

From raw tantrums to naming the feeling and working through it. Emotional regulation is the life skill underneath every other one.

In class: the Emotion Meter & the Cozy Corner
02

Thinks and tries for herself

Instead of handing out answers, we guide children to solve small problems on their own, and to treat mistakes as tries, not failures.

In class: Helper Choices & the Conflict Bench
03

Learns kindness and sharing

Real friendships, taking turns, and gentle conflict resolution. Children practise understanding that others feel things too.

In class: collaborative play & restorative chats
04

Knows how to calm their own body

Breathing exercises, sensory play, and mindful movement teach children to settle themselves when overwhelmed. A skill many adults are still learning.

In class: chime breathing & the barefoot sensory path

HEAR FROM FAMILIES.

Families Dr. Chandak has already helped

Bonsai Blooms is new, so these words come from parents and children Dr. Chandak has worked with in her psychology practice, shared with permission. Reviews from our own daycare families will appear here as they come in.

Ma'am taught us that positive parenting isn't just about behaving positively — it's about decoding what our child truly feels.

Neha Jajoo, parent of Nivid

From the very first session, our child felt safe enough to open up — and their confidence, emotions, and communication improved remarkably.

Questions parents ask us

What are the fees? +

We share the full fee structure when you visit, along with everything it covers, so you can compare fairly. Families tell us the care and safety justify it. No hidden costs, ever.

How do you keep children safe and the space clean? +

Daily cleaning routines, strict hygiene protocols at meals and nap time, and a low child-to-caregiver ratio so every child is always within a caring adult's reach. Come inspect us in person, nothing is off-limits.

What does a typical day look like? +

A calm rhythm of play, learning, meals, rest, and outdoor time, designed to alternate lively and quiet moments so children stay happy, not exhausted. See the full day on our Day Care and Nursery pages.

What if my child cries in the beginning? +

Many do, and that is okay. We follow a gentle settling-in process, shaped by Dr. Chandak's work as a child psychologist, where your child gets comfortable step by step, with you involved at every stage.

Where exactly are you located? +

We are at Plot 10, Oshian Supercity 3, Besa Pipla, Nagpur, a short drive from Wardha Road and an easy stop on most routes through Besa. Send us an enquiry above and we will share a location pin on WhatsApp.

Are preprimary admissions for 2026 open? +

Yes, preprimary admission in Nagpur for 2026 is open at Bonsai Blooms, for Day Care (2 to 10 years), Pre Nursery (2 to 3 years), and Nursery (3 to 4 years). Seats stay limited by our low child-to-caregiver ratios, so we encourage you to visit early.
